Joakim Genetay, Sales Director Sweden
Joakim is responsible for leading and developing the sales and marketing activities of CSA Partners products in Sweden.
Joakim has an in-depth knowledge and experience in sales and marketing. He has been working in management positions in companies involved in e-commerce and systems development. Joakim has also been Nordic Director of Sales and Marketing for SANYO, a major Japanese consumer electronics company.
Joakim has a background as Army officer and holds the rank of Captain. He has studied political science at the University of Stockholm and has a diploma in Sales and Marketing from IHM Business School in Stockholm.
Martin Villig - Partner, Business Development
Martin has a unique and outstanding experience in the fields of business administration, software development and web solutions over the past 10 years. Martin has been a Director XXL.EE, the first listed IT company in the Baltic states. Then Martin worked 4 years at OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange, where he was developing core e-services and self-service portals to individual investors and corporate customers.
Martin worked for Skype where he managed the web development team, improving software development and release management processes. Martin was responsible for the development of Skype's public website and customer’s self-service portal, partner integrations and billing systems with credit card payments and fraud monitoring.
Martin studies International Business Administration in Estonian Business school and has taken several additional cources on finance, sales, human ressources and IT in Estonia and abroad.
Ahto Kink - Partner, Legal Affairs
Ahto is among leading experts in the Baltic and Nordic countries in the area of European Securities Law (including Market Abuse Directive and MiFID). He is responsible for assessing legal and regulatory aspects of CSA clients' needs in the field of compliance with securities regulation. He also coordinates the network of leading law firms and lawyers cooperating with CSA Partners.Ahto has a remarkable practice and expertise when it comes to EU financial services law and securities regulation. He has participated in a number of international projects involving the following jurisdictions: Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and the United Kingdom. He represents the Republic of Estonia in the Legal Certainty Group chaired by the European Commission.
Ahto works as a head of the legal department of OMX Tallinn (Tallinn Stock Exchange and Estonian CSD). Ahto’s previous international work experience includes secondment at Norton Rose, a leading international law firm based in London.
Mait Kivimets - Partner, Product Development
Mait is responsible for product development roadmap, plus additionally our support services. Mait has 10+ years of experience in the field of IT project management and analysis of business processes.Mait has an extensive experience in the field of securities market and he has worked with OMX Exchanges, where he played a crucial role in the success in dozens of mission-critical IT projects. His experiences cover all functional areas for CSD, but with special interest in corporate actions, services for investments funds and cash clearing structures.
He has been also working as issuer services project manager in Estonian CSD and has been involved more than 100 AGM and several IPO processing for Estonian issuers.
Siim Viidu - Partner, Technology and Security
Siim is an expert of CSA software products technical architecture, security and development procedures. His work experience includes being the founder and developer of one of the first web portals in Estonia in late 90-s, building and designing solutions for various public and private companies including banking, insurance, real estate and tourism industries. He has developed modular content management platform marketed globally by a network of partners and has contributed in numerous other web applications.Siim has been working with large international companies for example Hansabank/Swedbank, SEB, Skype, PayPal and eBay on various payment and software development projects.
