CSA Partners together with our Finnish partner Future121 Oy organized a practical morning seminar about Market Abuse Regime in Helsinki.The Market Abuse legislation (directives, regulation and Level 3 guidelines) represents an important achievement in harmonization of EU securities markets. However, reality check reflects that there are in fact number of practical challenges, uncertainties and risk management issues on which listed companies need further guidance and support.

This seminar gave an update about market abuse key challenges and regulatory updates which are important to all European listed companies. INSIDeR, a special-purpose compliance software designed to help issuers in meeting compliance challenges under the Market Abuse Regime, was introduced.
